My friend’s voice didn’t ring

A voice has to reach your phone before the alarm. Open wakey the evening before, and allow notifications so it can fetch new voices by itself. If none arrived, your normal alarm sound rings instead.

My alarm didn’t ring

Open wakey at least every two weeks: it schedules about two weeks of rings ahead each time you open it, and warns you before they run out if notifications are on. Check Settings, then wakey, then Alarms is on. Settings in wakey has a test button that rings in a minute.

Someone sent me something awful

On the morning screen, tap the three dots to report it or block them. It never rings again.

Cancel premium

Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting wakey or your account doesn’t cancel it. When it ends, your earliest alarm keeps ringing, the others wait, snooze goes away, and what you got at the night market stays yours.

Delete my account

In wakey: my burrow, Settings, Delete my account. It’s immediate.
